staying here was a treat with easy access to beautiful parks like Aaina Mahal and the local market, which offered a delightful mix of history and culture just a short walk away.

The Deluxe King Room had decent space, and the amenities were mostly satisfactory, giving a nice start to the stay. The hotel's exterior and landscaping create a pleasant atmosphere, generating a calm oasis vibe.

The experience quickly soured with long wait times at Tiqri Cafe, where drinks took 20 minutes and dinner nearly 90 minutes, with missing items. Many advertised facilities were unavailable, such as the hammam, and the quiet after 10 PM made the place feel deserted. Room cleanliness was a major concern. on moving between rooms, I encountered lingering sewage smells, dirt on surfaces, and a broken soap dish. Plus, the bathroom was cramped, and basic toiletries were not replenished regularly, which felt inadequate for a supposedly upscale establishment.

The hotel truly feels like an oasis located just outside the Bhuj city center. The condition of everything is immaculate, especially considering it’s relatively new. Mr Sumit at the restaurant impressed me with how attentive he was during every meal. some services like the hammam were advertised but not available. the access to amenities shut off abruptly after 10 PM, leaving little for nighttime entertainment. While the staff was friendly and service was good, the room cleanliness was below expectation. I encountered a foul sewage smell in my first room, and it lingered despite moving to another room. The bathroom space felt cramped, and basic amenities were often insufficient. There was a lack of proper housekeeping, such as unclean surfaces and no bin liners.

The hotel is an oasis. immaculate condition, great location with easy access to parks. Mr Sumit was attentive in the restaurant. warm hospitality from the professional staff.

The location provides easy access to cultural sites and local markets, adding to the enjoyment of our stay.

Everything was beautiful only that it needs to be maintained well. The staff was polite and courteous.

It was a bit on the pricier side but acceptable.

the bathroom cleanliness was a letdown. but the location was perfect, easy access to parks. food was delicious, loved the attentiveness of the staff. rooms felt luxurious! !

The pool is exceptional, and the staff are very nice, but amenities aren't fully operational yet.

Great gym and pool. Kettle was dirty. had to request a clean one.
